I started Jock & Winnie...

process that requires patience and tenacity. I founded Jock & Winnie:

I've been in real estate for over ten years. I lived in this area most of my life. I'm a
three-time US National squash champion. I'm a fighter, a tactician, a negotiator and
mediator. Not only can I find you the best value, I can help you with design and color
choices as well. I specialize in the rental, leasing, or sale of residential and
commercial properties.
Before I was involved with residential real estate, I was a top performing broker at one
of the country's premier shopping center developers, The Taubman Company. I was
also a broker for a leading Manhattan commercial real estate company, Robert K.
Futterman and Associates. Earlier in my career, I was a clothes buyer for Henry
Bendel and Liz Claiborne.
I am a member of the: National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of
Realtors, Mid-Fairfield County Association of Realtors, Connecticut Multiple Listing
Service, Westchester County Board of Realtors, and Westchester Putnam Multiple
